Maryland’s search for its first Big Ten win continued with a 64–54 loss to No. 18 Oregon. Shooting woes plagued the Terps, but defensive effort and a career night from Solomon Washington kept the game competitive.

Maryland women’s basketball stayed perfect with a 92–44 win over Mount St. Mary’s. Oluchi Okananwa led the Terps with 17 points as the team posted a season-high 25 assists in a strong all-around performance.
